Ice cream made in a bag!

Ok, this is so yummy!!!! The whole family loved it and it was fun to do with our boys. I found this on Pinterest, and will now share it.
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup of kosher salt or Rock Salt
Ice cubes
2 Ziploc bags
First combine heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla in a small Ziploc bag. Then in a large Ziploc bag fill it half way with ice cubes, and then pour in the salt. Put the smaller bag into the bigger bag and close. Shake for about 5 minutes. I like to double up the larger bag just incase:) Follow with your favorite toppings and enjoy! So fun to do with the kids on a hot day.
